Vibrating Huller
Also called a shaker table, the ISS Vibrating Huller hulls, rinses and conveys mung bean sprouts in one operation, with a removable perforated stainless deck for cleaning.
Hulling, rinsing and conveying in one operation
ISS Vibrating Hullers, which most growers call shaker tables, hull, rinse and convey mung bean sprouts in a single operation. They are built in a range of sizes and configurations. The vibration loosens the hulls while powerful water jets push them down through perforated stainless steel decking, which saves real time compared with a batch type washing machine. The construction is deliberately heavy, because this machine vibrates for a living and light construction does not survive that.

Why this matters for food safety
Sprouts are grown in warm, wet conditions, which is exactly what a pathogen wants, and the FDA treats them as a covered commodity with its own rules under 21 CFR part 112, subpart M. Equipment that can be taken apart and cleaned properly is not a nice extra in that environment. It is how you pass an inspection and how you keep a recall from ever starting. The removable deck is the feature that matters most here. A perforated screen that cannot come out is a perforated screen that never gets properly cleaned, and hull debris is exactly what you do not want sitting in a hole overnight.
Sized to your room, not to a catalog
The specifications above describe our most popular size, but the line says dimensioned to your specifications and it means it. Tell us the run length you have available and the throughput you need and we will build to it.
Where it sits in the line
The huller takes product from the Titan Bin Rotator and passes it to the Cyclone Centrifuge System. Where a tank based approach suits the crop better, the Wash System covers the same stage. The Sentrex Mung Bean System page shows how the pieces fit together.
Talk to us about your line
Every sprouting operation is laid out differently, so sizing this machine is a conversation, not a catalog lookup. Tell us what you grow, how much of it you move in a week and what the room looks like, and we will tell you which configuration fits. Call (800) 277-7688 or send us a note and we will get back to you with specifications, lead time and installation detail for your situation.
